I've had to introduce new CAPTCHA methods to reduce the amount of comment spam coming through.  When you go to post a comment, you should be asked to pick the word from the list that does not belong.  Sorry for this additional inconvenience, but I'm sure we all get enough off-brand product advertisement for certain medications in our inbox as is...
